Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. She won her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional license to continue her education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. In 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college degree. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. First, she warms up before moving on to working out. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time the best way feasible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
