Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with People, People Management along with Talent Management and Cultural Development. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during times of rapid changes and expansion. She was a thought leader in translating enterprise-wide strategic plans and goals into strategies for business and the engagement of employees. She is passionate about learning and sees management and team building as her most valuable asset. Her extensive experience includes working in Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to coach and develop leaders and achieve result, she was able to help create corporate cultures that promote changing and learning. Annmarie is inspired to donate her talent and energy to help aid in the mission of Learning Ally. When she has time off she offers support for a variety of non-profit organisations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed her time and talent to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
