Rachelle Lefevre

Rachelle Lefevre was born in Canada. While waiting tables, Lefevre was found by a Canadian film director who she then helped an aspiring actress get her first film role. Lefevre later moved into Los Angeles and earned a recurring role on the television series What About Brian (2006). Lefevre's ambitions in acting were uncovered through a patron from Montreal when she was working as teenager in the restaurant. The regular put Lefevre in touch with an agent for casting. That led her to landing on the set of the production of a Canadian comedy. The actress was featured in several scenes of the David E. Kelley's Boston Legal (2004). That led her to a starring role in the 2008 U.S. adaption of BBC success Life on Mars. Lefevre was born in Montreal by her father's French family, though she began to learn English.
